After construction debris, my tiles were packed with dust. Tony and John brought them back to life and fit me in right away.

Post-Construction Cleaning · Fort Lauderdale, FL
Between Las Olas remodels and waterfront condo renovations, Fort Lauderdale hands us a lot of finished spaces still coated in construction dust. We clear the surfaces, steam the haze out of the tile and grout, and get you a quote the same day you call.
Across Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale is always mid-renovation somewhere. A waterfront home in Rio Vista gets a new kitchen, a Las Olas condo is gutted between owners, and the trades leave a fine layer of dust on every surface once the last tool goes out the door. We come in after them and pull that dust out of the grout lines and off the floors so the space reads finished.
On the water the finishes run to tile, sealed concrete, and stone, and fresh grout almost always cures with a haze across it. We work that film off the tile face and steam the ground-in adhesive and grime out of the lines, so a new floor in Coral Ridge or Harbor Beach looks as good as the day it was picked.
Turnovers move fast here. For pre-listing resets in Victoria Park and buildout handovers in Flagler Village, hard floors are dry within an hour or two, so the next showing or the furniture delivery is never waiting on us.

Why steam
Construction dust is fine enough to settle into grout lines, vents, and every flat surface, and a broom only moves it from one spot to the next. In Fort Lauderdale humidity that dust keeps resurfacing for weeks. We pull it out at the source with hot-water steam and extraction instead of pushing it around.
Truck-mounted 240°F extraction lifts the haze, adhesive, and ground-in grime out of the tile and grout in a single pass, and because most of the moisture comes back out on site, the floors are dry within an hour or two. The space is ready to furnish the same afternoon, even near the water.

How we clean
Every project follows the same four steps, sized to the space and how much the build left behind.
We walk the finished space with you, flag the floors, tile, and surfaces that need the most work, and note anything delicate the trades just installed.
We pull the fine construction dust off surfaces, vents, and grout lines so it stops resurfacing later, working top down so nothing recontaminates the floor.
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction lifts the haze, adhesive, and ground-in grime out of the tile and grout in one pass.
We wipe down the surfaces and fixtures, check the floors in the light, and leave the space move-in ready.
