After construction debris, my tiles were packed with dust. Tony and John brought them back to life and fit me in right away.

Post-Construction Cleaning · Miami, FL
A Miami unit that is technically finished is still a construction site until the dust comes off the floors, the vents, and the countertops. We handle the certificate of insurance and the service-elevator booking first, then steam the space back to move-in ready in one visit.
Across Miami-Dade
Miami is a city that never stops building. A Brickell tower delivers a floor of new units, an Edgewater condo finishes a full gut renovation, and each one comes with a fine layer of construction dust across the glass, the counters, and the floors. We come in after the trades and pull that dust out of the grout, the vents, and every surface they leave behind.
High-rise work runs on building rules, and we handle them the same way we do for every Miami job. Tell us the tower when you book and we take care of the certificate of insurance and the service-elevator booking before we arrive, whether the unit is in Downtown, the Design District, or a Coconut Grove mid-rise.
Developers and owners here move on tight timelines. Because our truck-mounted steam pulls most of the moisture out on site, hard floors are dry within an hour or two, so the staging crew or the furniture delivery is never held up.

Why steam
A newly finished Miami unit sells on that first look, and a broom cannot deliver it. Construction dust is fine enough to settle into grout lines, vents, and every flat surface, and in the bay humidity it keeps resurfacing for weeks if it is only swept. We pull it out at the source with hot-water steam and extraction.
Truck-mounted 240°F extraction lifts the haze and adhesive out of fresh tile and stone in one pass, so the floor reads finished the moment you walk in. Most of the water comes back out on the spot, which means hard floors are dry within an hour or two and the unit is ready to stage the same day.

How we clean
Every project follows the same four steps, sized to the space and how much the build left behind.
We walk the finished space with you, flag the floors, tile, and surfaces that need the most work, and note anything delicate the trades just installed.
We pull the fine construction dust off surfaces, vents, and grout lines so it stops resurfacing later, working top down so nothing recontaminates the floor.
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction lifts the haze, adhesive, and ground-in grime out of the tile and grout in one pass.
We wipe down the surfaces and fixtures, check the floors in the light, and leave the space move-in ready.
