These guys did an amazing job on our 85-foot Azimut. They even came back for a couple spots I forgot to mention.

Marble Polishing · Miami, FL
Diamond grinding, honing, and polishing that takes worn, etched Miami marble back to a deep, reflective gloss. We finish by sealing the stone so the shine holds up to daily life in a high-rise.
Across Miami-Dade
In Miami the stone is the first thing anyone sees. A polished foyer in a Brickell tower, a lobby floor Downtown, the marble bath in a Coconut Grove estate, all of it greets the room before a word is spoken. Heels, grit, and everyday cleaners wear that finish flat over the years, and mopping cannot bring it back because the shine lives in the surface of the stone itself.
Our marble specialist restores it the right way. We grind out the scratches and etch marks, hone the surface flat, and polish through progressively finer diamonds until the floor reflects again, then seal it. We work this way across the city, from Coral Way and Edgewater to the older estates in Coconut Grove.
Plenty of that stone sits above the lobby. For unit foyers and building common areas in Brickell and Downtown high-rises, we handle the certificates of insurance and service-elevator access before the truck arrives, so a restoration never stalls at the front desk.

Why restore
Marble does not go dull from dirt alone. In a Miami high-rise the surface gets etched by acids and worn by grit, and that damaged stone scatters light instead of reflecting it. No amount of cleaning brings the gloss back, so the stone has to be refinished from the surface down.
Restoration works the marble itself. We grind the scratches and etch marks out, hone the surface flat, and polish it to a true gloss, then seal it so the finish resists the water rings and staining that a coastal condo throws at it.

How we restore
Every floor follows the same four steps, matched to the stone.
We inspect the stone for etching, scratches, and worn areas, identify the marble type, and map out the finish you want.
We grind out the deep scratches and etch marks, then hone the surface flat and even with diamond abrasives.
We polish through progressively finer grits until the marble reflects with a deep, even gloss.
We seal the stone to resist stains and etching, so the finish holds up to daily life.
More than stone
The same crew also cleans carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, and area rugs, often on the same visit as your marble restoration.
